105 109 134 biomedical library building 1st floor. All students staff and faculty are practicing social distancing across campus. The library reserves the right to remove unattended belongings if the reservation period is expired and the room is reserved by another patron. The group study rooms may not be used for instruction office hours or other standing meetings.

Some rooms in mchenry library have large monitors for sharing data. For study groups of 2 or more single large table rooms 106 107 108 109 can be combined into one large study room seats 12 electrical outlets wireless. The library assumes no responsibility for unattended personal belongings. You may reserve a room up to two weeks in advance.

Children and service animals may not be left alone in study rooms at any time. Reservable and drop in group study rooms are located throughout the ucsb library for ucsb students faculty and staff groups of 2 or more. Permission to use any library space for formal events must be sought in advance. Vacate study rooms 30 minutes at geisel and 10 minutes at blb before building closing time.

Library staff may enter the rooms as needed for security maintenance or other reasons. Study rooms are not intended to provide privacy. The geisel large adaptive study space glass room 721 is appropriate for large groups and can accommodate 18 seated or 25 standing users.

Ucsb library reserves the right to cancel a group study room reservation. Study rooms are not intended to provide privacy. While you are allowed three active reservations you may only reserve a specific room once per day. Room sizes vary to accommodate up to 10 people.

Ucsb student staff and faculty groups 2 or more people may reserve a group study room for 4 hours per week per group. Belongings may be claimed at the circulation desk. Your reservation may not extend past three hours. If you are having difficulty using the technology please contact the it help desk on the 2nd floor of mchenry library 459 2486.
